Just a quick note on statistics to the world's industrial designers:
The number of companies engaged in designing vehicles for space travel is very small. This should be your first hint that the product you are designing is likely not a spaceship.
The aerodynamics might come in handy when I'm throwing it out the window. Otherwise, I would prefer to have some flat faces on the thing so it can stand on a flat surface without some silly plastic "hover effect" foot.
I'm putting another check on the "apple has rotted our brains" board. (And also one on the "microsoft has ruined everything" board for being bad enough to make even the dumbest things apple has ever done look so brilliant.)
